Our philosophy
We believe the ocean has a special way of bringing you back to yourself. Our Surf Academy follows a holistic approach to learning, combining body, mind and technique. Here, classes are about more than catching waves; by preparing mentally, reading the ocean, mastering each move, and building strength, you’ll grow as a surfer and enjoy every wave along the way.
Location
Panama Beach Lodge is located in El Palmar, a little over an hour from Panama City. Surrounded by palms and laid-back beach life, El Palmar offers mellow beach breaks for beginners and nearby point breaks like Punta Palmar and Hawaiicito for more experienced surfers. A local surf community, board rentals, and daily lessons make it the perfect place to surf, relax, and connect.
